You get a flexible Invoicing Engine, a comprehensive Payroll Module, Profit Analysis (cost vs. billed), Workers' Compensation Administration, Risk Management, Benefits Administration, HR, a basic Temporary Staffing module and Emailing of reports and invoices. A/P and G/L accounting are optional add-ons. In addition, PayPlus supports many popular Time Clocks, MICR Laser Checks, and electronic interfaces for New Hire Reporting, 401(k) Reporting, Tax Filing, ACH and Bank Reconciliation. PayPlus is operating-system-independent and runs on most Windows operating systems and many variations of Unix, including Linux.
PayPlus can be scaled from a single-user environment to multiple-site and users. Our recommended setup is installing the core program on a Linux "Appliance" (or server) which can support the smallest start-up operation to the largest PEO with maximum client OS compatibility (including Windows & Macs).
